Do you perhaps have any contact details for the Managing Agency Western
Province Property Custodians? This company 'manages' the apartment I am
renting and I cannot get into contact with them via email, text messaging
or cel. Please help!

I'm so sorry for late response, we've been coordinating with the developer
on various things and had to take it down a notch for a bit. There are many
of us in the building but it does depend on what floor you are on.
Some info:
Great success for us! We coordinated with the Woodstock City Council via
the Premier's office for residents and were able to get 20 Rubbish Bins
delivered on Friday."

No problem, thanks for getting back to me. Believe it or not, you still
somehow managed to get back to me in a shorter timeframe than my Managing
Agent. Since I emailed you, we have managed to make progress with the
Managing Agent and have drawn up a timeline for when all my requests will
be sorted out. I will definitely keep you in memory for assistance in the
future.
